No kitchen, which was in the pictures, bathroom was 200ft away across the lawn, i dont believe there was smoke/carbon d3tectors. It was ok, but the pictures of the rooms was misleading!!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay here. We rented the Quartz lodge adjacent to river, and it was super nice. The property was clean, and the shared bathroom were all tiled and neat. Whatever time we went to bathroom, they were clean. Our check-in was straight forward and without any hassle. And the property is right next to Dutch lake, and all amenities are nearby. I have already recommended this property to my friends, and would definitely would stay here in future.

We stayed at the Slate cabin for my birthday with my husband and the cabins where quietly tucked away which made it so quiet and cozy. I honestly should of red the property details more closely because when we entered the room we where shocked there was no bathroom but luckily we were a short distance to where there was a bathroom and 2 showers connected for communal use. The bathrooms where very well kept and a basket of fresh towels made it very convenient with a tranquil rain water shower head i absolutely loved. The room was very well designed, modern and quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable and with 3 large drawstring blinds to view the river through the trees.

The suite was beautiful, clean and quiet. A perfect midway stop between Edmonton and the coast. Wish our stay was longer so that we could really take advantage of the river views and beautiful accommodations.

This was a lovely place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very efficient 2 bedroom cottage, bright, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Right on the river with chairs provided outside to enjoy the beauty and sounds of river. Easy checkin process and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

One word… Amazing!
What a pleasant surprise, the room was like an apartment , fully equipped with all the necessities you can imagine. Beds were extremely comfortable. And then there is the view, you are literally right on the river. One of the best places I have stayed at. Great value for the money!!!

Liked the location. Toiletries should be placed in the cabins with the towels. Staff/owners were very pleasent. If we stay in Clearwater again we would stay here. Very comfy and great view of the river.

We really enjoyed our stay at River’s Edge Retreat. It was very clean, comfortable, well decorated and very peaceful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The sleeping quarters were spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nicely decorated and very clean. It was a wonderful stay and would stay here again if visiting Clearwater again.

We were really impressed with the comfort, cleanliness and uniqueness of the cabin that we stayed in. We loved the fact that the 3 large windows overlooked the river and how all our needs were met. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
