The staff was super friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. I loved that the shuttle was able to drop us off and pick us up at the entrance of Kentucky Kingdom! The only downside was the indoor pool lacks ventilation. It was 98 outside and 110 inside the glass enclosed pool area. This made it very uncomfortable and we only stayed for about 10 minutes which was all we could take...there were no signs stating work was being done or otherwise, so I'm assuming it is like this all of the time. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable.

Parking was really the only issue. The entrance is one way. The issue is as you drive around there were giant trucks blocking the only way out. We had to turn around and go the wrong way. Maybe reconfiguring the parking lot would help

Hotel is a stay and play hotel for the Run 4 Rose National basketball tournament. The front desk was not adequately staffed to meet the volume of check-ins/check-outs (one person running the entire desk). Our group encountered the following issues: Broken refrigerator, broken air conditioner, broken key card access, emergency evacuations, rude security staff.
