Unfortunately, most unique in this hotel is the mix of arrogance and laziness of the staff. Their creed is “We are here to ignore you!” For instance, the lady at the reception just turns her back on you and continues to chat with a colleague. Very appropriately they often play the song "Turn around, bright eyes!"
Due to their extreme laziness, they misinform the guests all the time (wrong phone numbers, wrong opening hours, etc etc)
If you ask for a receipt after paying, another arrogant member of the staff growls "I have nothing to give you! Perhaps I`ll send something by e-mail."
It´s a pity the staff is so awful, because the landscape is very beautiful.
