This is a quite nice hotel. It is right by Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It is a little older, but it’s in great condition and very clean. The rooms are nicely laid out. The bed is very comfortable. We walked to Public Square and Fourth Street and back from The Flats and Progressive Field. Would definitely stay again.

We found staff unfriendly, room dirty, found previous guests shorts under a chair. Mentioned it to the staff but nothing was done about it. They were there the whole stay 3 days. Ridiculous for thr prize we paid.

Toilet was clogged and had to be plungger. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Elevator in parking garage was out of order and had been for several days. Still had to pay to park. Cookie at check-in was very good.

The positives were great location for downtown Cleveland and they offer free transportation within 1 mile of hotel The shuttle drivers were all super friendly and knowledgeable, and housekeeping attendant was super friendly as well. Again the location was great as there are many restaurants, as well as all the stadiums and arena. The Negatives As many mentioned the property needs to be redone. We ended up getting stuck in our room bc door stopped working when we called down to desk worker laughed and said it’s not her hotel!?!? The staff were definitely short handed and overwhelmed on a very busy weekend in Cleveland and seemed like they hated their jobs . We ended up being late for event that we paid a lot of money for. Once we got out of room they took our bags etc to move to another room so we could immediately go to stadium (which the shuttle driver took us immediately) When we got back from event received new room keys went up to room and none of our stuff was there. We went down to front desk took about 1-1.5hrs to figure they moved to a different room. Horrible experience with front desk employees that really soured our trip. I will say when I spoke to the General Manager the day of checkout that he was understanding refunded us for the one night and adjusted our checkout time to much later which was great because we had a later flight that day.

Room wasn’t very clean. The who room was dusty, the coffee pot was so dirty we couldn’t use it, there were back agains in the hung picture in the bathroom, the wallpaper was lifting up and peeling and they were stains all over the wall in the bathroom

One of the worst hotel experience in the USA, expedia made a mistake in the booking, we did not get the room we booked, got$50 compensation for that- which is an insult based on the spend. staff was horrible, even after multiple calls for room needs - no one turned up with blankets or sheets and didn’t have the courtesy to call , no housekeeping in entire 3 days of stay. I will think twice - one to go through expedia and two- use any hilton hotels in future

The bathroom had hair on the toilet seats and a single earring was on the counter upon arrival. There were multiple cracks in the ceiling. The staff was really kind when we checked in. The elevator for the parking garage was out of service and in the garage the exit gate was stuck open.

First off expedia messed up my reservations and had me booked for the next night so i wasnt able to get the room i was suppose to get which would of accommodated me and my guess. Luckey they had some open rooms or i dont know what i would of gone. Instead i had to sleep on a pull out verses a comfortable bed. Well i constantly had a problem with the tv not working. I thought it was the remote so i had the front desk bring me a new and i had to mess with the remote for about ten before i finally got the tv to work and then when i plugged in my phone to the plug next to the plug were the tv was pluged into and the second i started charging my phone the tv screen got all pixalated and when i unplugged my phone it stopped. They had four elevators and at 630am i waited a good ten minutes for the elevator. I got an uber before i left my room and he was ten minutes away. He called me while i was in the elevator to let me know he was out front.

Great location.
The hotel was in a great area for walking to the Rock and Roll hall of fame. The check in was chaotic. We’d called about parking. The garage was right there, but we weren’t told to just pull in and park. The room keys failed twice.

Booked a room with 2 double beds, not available on arrival, option to pay more for a bigger room, said no and after some negotiation got a king bed and pull out, then waited 1.5 hours for bedding for the pull out, staff not very friendly, breakfast they tried to charge full price for kids breakfast, not the best way to start a vacation

Busy lobby because of Cleveland Browns pre-season game. Staff was friendly but not super helpful in explaining the shuttle service and parking. Their parking ramp was also being used as an event parking ramp for the game. Overall average service, cleanliness, etc. as expected for price.

Great Stay
In Cleveland to run rock hall of fame half marathon. This was the perfect hotel we were walking distance to ro k and roll hall offame abd start of the race. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was awesome lots of pressure. Great restaurant with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!
