The bathroom plumbing was bad had. To have maintenance come fix toilet, asked for a wheelchair and that took 25 min. We asked to have trash picked up from outside our door and that was finaly picked up upon us checking out,also bathroom door handle was broke.and appeared the wall in rhe bathroom had been punched. In conclusion the veiw was fabulous.

We tried to check in before the Browns football game, but was told it wasn’t an option. After the game, we waited in a line for over 40 minutes. And then - we were told we were going to be “upgraded” for the inconvenience and our patience. But instead, we were given a smaller room than what was initially booked.

One should expect excellence from a Hilton of course, but, although my stay was excellent, I was somewhat surprised at the absence of a microwave and average television channels. I also requested a wake-up call and didn’t get it. If I hadn’t set the alarm on my phone as a back-up, I probably would have missed my flight. Trust everyone, but “cut the cards”.

Stayed at this Hilton for the first time after a Browns game. Check-in was very busy and took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but with that many people checking in at once, it still went smoothly. I was able to get the room I wanted — high floor with a lake view, which was great. The front desk staff was helpful and gave good recommendations on where to eat since the hotel restaurant was extremely packed. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Our room was clean, well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Front staff was very friendly and helpful. But there was a small pile of clothes in the bathroom from the last guests. Also the shower was very low pressure, so it made it hard to feel clean especially after a long football game.

Very nice staff and overall the room was nice. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel called Burnham and I wasn’t impressed at all. The menu is limited and prices are highly priced in my opinion.
