Wonderful Stay
We had an amazing 2 day stay here! we actually were going to see a show preformed by the cleveland orchestra and it was only about a 5 min drive. Then the Cleveland museum of arts is right around the corner. and on the strip of your hotel there’s a couple of really good little restaurants! i’d definitely stay again!!! and the staff was amazing. From front desk to the bar!!

We really enjoy the kitchen with the refrigerator that keeps our cold packs frozen. I also liked the access to place settings. The one thing I could not find was a towel to dry the dishes. The other thing was we used to be able to load and unload in the back of the building; however, now there is no loading or unloading available for people just staying for about 15 to 20 minutes to check in and unload before parking the car.

Excellent choice if you are heading to the Cleveland Clinic for medical procedures.Spacious room with kitchenette, excellent service and staff, decent breakfast. Note that room is refreshed only every second day.

The hotel was nice, normal Residence Inn. The problem was that we reserved a king room and realized when we went to get in bed that it was a queen. We were already undressed and it was midnight so we just went to bed would have liked to get the room we reserved. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and woke up very sore.

Not what we expected....
Check in was late in the evening. Quite rushed overall but no one else was waiting so did not understand why. Our room (#426) was clean, and we were grateful for that, but a number of issues- electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, so had to blow dry hair in the same room where family was sleeping; toilet seat was very loose, and it went sideways when sitting on it; ceiling light in kitchen did not work; coffee basket totally missing from coffee naker, so could not make coffee (ugh!!!); only 2 bath towels for 3 people, so called the front desk. Was told had to come back down to front desk to pick up. For over $250.00 per night, perhaps could have printed instructions of room amenities, improved customer service, some compensation for lack of numerous expectations....did not even get " we apologize for not meeting expectations" when all issues were reported. Very disappointed after traveling 8 hours and having to stay 2 nights. Will probably try somewhere else next time.

Excellent stay!
We had an excellent day at the Marriott residence. We were a little wary after reading some of the reviews, but I don’t know where those came from because the service the people the room. Everything was excellent. There’s a little issue with the lighting over the stove needs a little repair, but that did not interfere with our time there. It was great thank you Mary.
