The property was very clean extremely nice set up. Just like your very own apartment Staff was pleasant Jasmine and Eddie at the front desk were very helpful and personable. The manager came to my assistance immediately when there was a small issue with my stove(2mins wait👍) I would definitely recommend this property and stay again

This was an amazing hotel. It has 3 floors. Separate living space from the bedroom. Each area had a nice size tv. Pictures accurately reflect the accommodations. Kitchen offers a standard kitchen and island for eating space. They have quiet hours from 9pm - 7am which was a plus. Downside, it allows pets, so you would hear a dog bark late at night or early in the morning. Staff was really friendly.

Such a clean hotel! Very convenient and easy! Even tho I checked in after hours, they were so helpful when I called ahead like they instructed and they left a key and a receipt for me in a lockbox! One of my favorite hotels I’ve been at, and I travel very frequently for work!

The only issue we had was paying for our stay. We wasn't aware it was a cashless property. The staff was amazing at helping us figure it all out. They even held our reservation til we could do so. We have officially found our favorite place to stay in Cleveland.
