Outstanding!!!
Our stay was amazing! The customer service was outstanding. I was traveling with my niece and nephew, and we were so welcomed by the front desk and by the other employees at the hotel. The amenities offered were amazing. Free parking, complementary, hot, chocolate, complementary breakfast. We were able to leave our car for a few hours after check out to explore the area. We plan to return very soon.

We had a great stay. It was very snowy and cold, but we could walk to many local attractions and the hotel always had coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available. Room was good and hotel was unique.

Was told all suites had fireplace in room, that was a lie only one & it was booked…. That was the only reason I booked & they lied…. Also said they were 3minutes from Browns stadium which they were 15mins

This is a loverly historic hotel right on the CWR campus. Next to the museums. It was a perfect location for us. Staff were so kind and all service excellent. Would highly recommend.
