Set across two levels, open plan living extends to a leafy undercover deck where you can dine alfresco. Two bathrooms and ample parking on the driveway and in the garage offer convenience for groups.
Situated on a peaceful street surrounded by parks, playgrounds and just a short drive to the beach lies The Springs. Set across two levels, a covered alfresco area on the front deck invites you to fire up the BBQ or sit back and soak up the serene atmosphere with a glass of wine and hand.

Enter through sliding doors to find the open plan living area, set with comfortable lounges and a TV with split-system heating and cooling to keep temperatures comfortable. Cook up meals for the group in the full kitchen, equipped with all the essentials, including a roll-away island and dishwasher for easy clean up. Dine indoors or outside, with a small table off the kitchen providing ample space to set up your laptop and work remotely.

Three bedrooms sleep a total of seven guests, while the blue sofa bed in the living room can accommodate one person. Two bedrooms are located on the main level and the primary suite encompasses the entire upper floor. Drenched in natural light, it is fit with a king bed and offers access to a balcony and a walk-in wardrobe to easily store your belongings as well as an ensuite bathroom featuring both a bath and shower. The second bedroom is set with a double bed, while the third bedroom sleeps two in a queen bed. Both these bedrooms boast sliding doors that open to the wrap-around deck, while the main bathroom caters to these rooms.

In-unit laundry offers a washer-dryer combo. There is parking for two cars in the secure garage, and ample space for additional vehicles on the driveway.

Complimentary toiletries and consumables are provided for your comfort upon arrival. Once consumed, we kindly recommend that guests bring or purchase their own for the rest of their stay.
