Pleasant and comfortable home
Nice property. Would recommend. The door code would not work and thankfully the housekeeper was next door and gave us her code. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer, but bring your own laundry soap as the container was empty.

Wonderful place to stay
This two bedroom rambler is perfect for 1 or 2 couples. Beach is super close via path off the back deck. Appreciated the home was modern and super clean. Neighborhood is quiet and gated. No disappointments whatsoever. Great location.

The house was impressively clean. It had everything needed to cook meals. It is close to beach access, but not ON the beach as some photos suggested. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, easy beach access
We loved this place! It's very clean with an ample kitchen and we really appreciated all of the indoor/outdoor toys that were available for the kids. Beach access is directly behind the house. It's so close you can't really even call it a walk! Pacific city is a beautiful area and we won't hesitate to return.

bad stay
We have stayed at this location several times. It is getting more run down and less appealing each time. It is a very relaxing place to stay, but considering the price and the conditions it is not worth the it. Our tv/wi-fi did not work the entire stay. I called and basically got hung up on each time. It is sad to say we will not go back to this location again. Vacasa was not very helpful. Beware of their properties.

A nice quiet spot.
The house is cute and a quiet location. Some updates are advised. Leave directions on how to operate the shower and DVD player. Furniture was not comfortable, the ice maker is freezing up. The cleaning crew left a broken piece of glass in the dishwasher. There were sheets, towels and bath mats left half dry in the dryer. The owners have left a nice set up for families with young children.

Lovely stay
Perfect sized house for our family of 3. Loved the split family floor plan and how both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Games in the garage was also great entertainment for the one cloudy/rainy day we had. Kitchen is well stocked with everything except cookware for the oven. We wanted to bake a salmon we caught locally and there weren’t any sheet pans. Also surprised there isn’t a grill with a deck that big. We worked around it, no problem. Important to note as I noticed that others have struggled with the code to get in. You have to enter * after the 4 digit code. The instructions only provide the 4 digit code for the gate to the community and the door. The gate to the community doesn’t require a * after the 4 digit code but the front door does. Again, overall a lovely stay, we’ll book again in the future.

Great location!
This is a great place: location, cleanliness, quiet. The ping pong, air hockey, and DVD player need a little tlc, but they still work. Overall, a great place, and we’d come back.

Enjoyed stay. Wish there were instructions on beach access we discovered it but drove around first.
Garage light burned out. Lots of communication and email access when couldn’t get into house lock. Kitchen faucet needs screen over tap. Second bedroom mattress lumpy. Need cookie sheet and better utensils. Enjoyed our time with family. All that matters.

Excellent location subpar amenities
originally I was going to list kitchen towels as something this property was lacking, but we found them in the washing machine with some other wet linens after we had been there for a day. The kitchen had zero spices or supplies. Was hoping for some pepper or some tin foil but it seems no one left any extra spices. The master bathroom tub filled up with water, which always kind of grossed me out when showering. we couldn’t figure out the TV and ended up driving to tillamook to get a roku because it was rainy out and we wanted to watch shows at night. There were no board games and the second night we had a hard time connecting to the internet for about an hour. We called the property managers and we’re on hold forever. I prefer renting from an actual person that I can get ahold of!!! Usually at these properties the owner will put together a binder of all the things you might have questions about, but there was not one. The location was wonderful! We had our own path to the beach and the house was walking distance to the big sand dune you could hike up and to pelican brewery, the coffee shop, the market..... My recommendations for the company would be to buy a 24$ roku, make a binder that lists things about the house as well as cool things to do around town, and if this house had beach cruisers to use I would be ecstatic!
