Great restaurant and staff. Beautiful views of the ocean. Our only problem was we booked the suite with a balcony because we love to sit outside but, drink coffee and listen to the ocean. When we arrived we were told that the balcony was under maintenance and could not be used. The door to the balcony was caulked shut so it apparently has been “under maintenance” for quite some time! No walking out in the large balcony or hearing the ocean! Very disappointing.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant staff was so awesome! They were so accommodation and made our stay very welcoming. All the housekeepers were very friendly and work very hard.

Well, its a OK hotel, my main problem here was the billing; they required a partial payment at the time i booked my room $54 and the rest was gonna be charged at check in ($118). When i arrived the whole $172 was charge to my card, nobody Travelocity or the hotel Staff did anything to really fix it. ON TOP OF THAT i paid extra for Ocean view room and i ended up looking at the restaurants roof. I paid extra for breakfast etc. it was my husband’s first time in my home town and this ruin the experience a LOT. And no refund for what i paid extra to have the view. I have proof they got the request and still they did not change my room when i told them. I think this is one of those hotels where you should only go if you want basic room. They do not honored your request even if you pay the extras.

Amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in the hotel. Excellent friendly staff. Excellent breakfast both a la carte and buffet. Healthy walk possible in the evening along the Beach area and brightly lit safe conditions. Hotel restaurant is open late which makes it very convenient. Overall an excellent hotel choice.

The tile flooring ruins the very nice hotel. I was a tile setter for 50 years. The owners need to bring in a certified tile expert and repair all the tile, including the pool! It will need to be addressed eventually. Fix that and you will have a first class hotel.

This hotel has the potential to be a fantastic hotel but they don’t keep it to higher standards, loose tiles in the lobby, staff not to welcoming etc… I have to say that rooms are quite nice with a beautiful view!!!

Nice hotel but a little out dated. On the beach but the beach was not very clean so we did not venture down. The staff was very friendly. Internet on the second floor did not work at all. They offered to move us to a different room but we had already unpacked and were tired from the trip so we did not move. It was very convenient to town and was quiet. Overall not a bad stay.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. I only speak a little Spanish and they were able to speak English to me to make sure I was ok. The Pool and Fitness center were closed because of COVID-19 so that was my only issue. But really this is a great hotel in Coatza and i will stay there again :)
