2 night stay.
Room was clean and modern as were all areas we were in. Area felt safe. Check-in, breakfast and the pool are all in the main bldg, there are 3 buildings with rooms. Hot and cold breakfast options. Great value

If you are in Eugene to visit the University of Oregon Hayward Inn is a good choice. I wouldn't say the nearby dining options are great but they are good. Track Town Pizza right next door has very good pizza and next to Track Town Pizza is a Starbucks. I don't think of the area as being especially walkable because the hotel is located on Franklin Boulevard which is six Lanes wide and very busy

Overall great stay. Only reason for 4star is we stayed a week and they did not refreash rooms and only did so upon request. Overall not a major issue but had to ask for clean towel every few days

We stayed in the Hillyard room. The room was nice, big, and clean. The bed was really uncomfortable for us. My husband and I are both side sleepers and did not sleep well at all. I was also disappointed that we were not connected to where the pool, bar, and the breakfast dining room was.
