Direct Ocean Front, 1st floor! You can walk right out onto the patio and grass area. We have a straight shot to the beach through a gated door! 50 steps away!

Our condo is decorated with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. It is a beach cottage feel.

We provide plenty of towels and linens.

The kitchen is fully stocked in case you want to cook a few meals.

Dining room offers a table that comfortably seats 6 people, a bar that seats 4.

Three flat screen TV's & WiFi available.

Entire condo is tiled.

Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Beach supplies are the guests responsibility.

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. The condo is thoroughly inspected before AND after each guest's visit. We make sure all aspects of the condo is absent of items that have been broken or missing and stains on furniture and/or laundry. We know things happen while on vacation but we need to keep the condo in the best condition possible. All missing or broken items, all laundered items with stains will be charged to the guest for replacements.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

There is construction next door to the North of Sandcastles. This major construction will be a 3-4 year project. Depending on when you want to book, there could be excessive noise. If questions, reach out and ask.

This is in a very convenient location and the 1st floor access is very nice. Surprisingly the unit is actually a little bigger than the pics make it look Really enjoyed our short stay and would go back. The beach is right there and it’s great. I’d definitely recommend this spot. My only gripe is the amount of clean up they make you do. Which is fine but don’t charge me a cleaning fee and then make me do the bedding towels, etc. otherwise I highly recommend this spot. We really enjoyed it!

Loved the first floor option to avoid stairs and waiting for elevators. Walk right out the back to the gate to the beach. great rinse off stations and loved the shopping carts available to bring your stuff in and out of the rental. very clean- could use a few more towels for showers however washing machine helped (ran it nightly for beach and bathroom towels). overall great location- the restaurant just south of the entrance- "Gregory's"= DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! a good option for a "spoil yourself with a good meal" night. down the street was absolutely loved the bar "area 142" The sand is like lava so make sure you bring good shoes to walk out to the beach during the day. Life guards right behind this condo was an awesome plus if you are bringing kids.

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach! Our stay was great and the condo exceeded our expectations. Check-in and check-out were both smooth processes. Accommodations within the unit were great, so much more convenient than staying in a hotel! The beach was very accessible and only a short walk from our door. Very happy with the unit we stayed in, private and quiet! The check in was a challenge, didn't get the code as expected in a timely fashion. Called VERBO customer service. They were no help and said they do not have this particular property listed with them even though we booked through them. The beach umbrella was broken and the chairs were rusted and unstable, so we bought our own stuff and left it with relatives who live nearby. Otherwise was a great place to stay.

Overall it was a nice experience but would have liked to have known that the TV in the guest room was only set up for satellite, and not your normal cable TV channels. Our guests were quite upset that they couldn't watch their favorite TV channels.

We enjoyed the location. Great proximity to the beach and pool. Responsiveness of host was outstanding and the unit was well equipped to meet all our needs. First floor location was great to get to the beach, but limited view because of the dunes. Even without a clear view of the beach we enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the waves and drinking our coffee. I would recommend.
