I liked the staff and management

The room was large, clean. Beds and linens very comfortable. The only ice is from ice maker in each room in freezer. Ours was turned off so there was no ice. Price was very reasonable. Free coffee in morning. Only one elevator. Nice and quiet.

Hotel Rapids was a wonderful hotel to stay in! The staff was all super friendly and when we had to switch rooms because of a security issue they offered to help us out with moving our stuff to the new room. I love that they were so approachable about things and made sure the stay was as comfortable as it could be. The only complaints we really had were that we wished the showerheads were adjustable and that the mattress in our room probably needs be replaced as we sank into the middle area of the mattress and the outside edges were still nice and firm.

I brought my daughters here for a long weekend & it was truly perfect! Beautiful property. Nice comfy beds with plenty of room. Nice firepit and great location. Definitely coming back

We enjoyed our trip to Grand Rapids. Lovely views of the lake with close access to winter activities and beautiful ski trails. We had all we needed for a cozy stay.

We really enjoyed our stay especially because we were preparing a Thanksgiving feast, and the kitchen is so wonderful for preparing meals. Well-stocked with all the essentials.
