Great overnight stay not faults at all. Just slow with food but completely understood. Def come back here again

Great hotel, amazing facilities - fantastic gym and pool. Very clean and tidy, nicely decorated. Will definitely come again.

We were upgraded to a beautiful room when we arrived. We were suposed to stay in another hotel and they moved us here the night before. We had a lovely relaxed stay and the breakfast was very nice.

Never used Dragonfly (Suraya) hotels before so was not sure what to expect. The reception was warm, welcoming and could not be more helpful My room was large (executive), warm, cosy with a great sized bed that was really comfortable The food was good, great choices, fresh and delicious, shame i could not put on room or open a tab. Spirit drinks were limited in choice. All in all a great stay and would look to use this chain again through the East of England

The staff make this such a great place to staff; always well taken care of!
