Very nice rooms, however the elevators and common areas where pretty rough. Very expensive stay but expected as it was on the harbor, biggest downfall was no free breakfast which I was shocked with a thousand dollar stay for 3 nights

The stay at this hotel was greatly overpriced. For about $100 less a night (no breakfast included) I might consider staying there again. Otherwise there are much better choices at better prices in St. John’s

Close to the harbour, 2nd floor
Rooms were clean, no issues there. Fantastic harbour view. Great decor and room size, and comfy beds. A bit of confusion on the parking. On check in we weren't told about the parking garage maintenance so didn't know that we had to exit the entrance. We were concerned to drive out the exit because all the signs said "do not enter" ,, "one way traffic" etc. the only sign was on the barrier at the area of the maintenance. We figured it out, not complaining, just a concern.
