Amazing Stay in Madrid! We had a fantastic 5-day getaway at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the check-in, check-out, and concierge teams. Their English was perfect, which was a huge relief for us as our Spanish is limited. The breakfast was an absolute delight every morning! The variety of options was impressive, and the staff was attentive. We also appreciated the concierge's guidance on exploring Madrid's attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the shuttle service was a convenient bonus. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool as the hours were a bit short for our preference. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!

Our room was huge and well equipped. It’s an airport hotel, so there are limited things to do nearby but if you need a place to sleep between flights, I think it would be hard to do better than this place.
