This hotel came up when I searched for Glenwood Springs. I booked it with my points, then realized it was an hour away. I called and spoke to the manager who was very nice and said he would refund my stay. Hotels.com couldn’t get a hold of anyone and I lost my points. Not happy.

Everything was great. It is a self check in. There is coffee for the morning, I just had to ask for the code. The pillows weren’t my favorite, but I still had a great night sleep.

. Very nice motel in quiet little town. Enjoyed our stay. Very scenic drive to get to the town. Nice area. Will stay there again if we're ever in the area.
