First night on arrival, receptionist was not available at desk. We had to wait with others too. Receptionist finally came and did not apologize. Area smelling of all smoking althoughthey said non smoking. Needs to do better

The place was dirty fron the front entrance to the actual room. Which the carpet was dirty, the phone didn't work had to keep it inplugged because it kept a steady ring. Towels were not replenished and the sheets weren't changed. I wouldn't use this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else.

I stayed at this location last year around the same time of year and the same elevator that was not working then still isn't working. As you walk through the hall the doors of the rooms look like someone tried to break in each room but once inside the room doesn't look so bad.

I did not like a lot of people smoking marijuana in the parking lot. It was a little unsafe to be around that. The area around the hotel is too dark and do no recommend to walk around at night. Overall not a good place to stay with family. I think the hotel is becoming a shelter.

Room was clean however the rest of the building was not. Lobby, elevator and hallway walking to room were filthy with trash on floor. All the room doors appeared to be in repairs with joint compound on holes… needed paint. The area for the continental breakfast was a mess food on floor and counters. It needed a lot or reorganizing. They had the waffle irons on one counter with the batter around the corner. It appeared that things were just put on the counters without any thought. Floor was dirty.

DISGUSTING
Worst hotel experience of my entire life. Disgustingly dirty, smelly, grimy. Unsafe grounds, unsafe elevator. Breakfast was gross, ran out of food by 9am. Pool was green, we decided not to risk it. Left a day early to get away from the filth and stench. Worried I would bring home bedbugs or roaches.

I witnessed a new very unique way of “cleaning “ water leak from a washer on the third floor. Just let it seep through the ceiling overnight , somehow it will absorb into the carpet and floor and make its way to the second floor. Cleaning inside rooms followed the same concept. Never again!

We chose this hotel because of proximity to Six Flags in Maryland. The lobby looked like it needed a good cleaning. The hotel says it is non smoking but the entire place smelled like Marijuana. The halls smelled because smoke was coming from rooms. The room was not in great shape. The towel racks fell off the wall and they do not provide towels and wash clothe for 4 in a double room. It look like the foor was warped because you could see light on all edges of the door. The breakfast was a typical breakfast with eggs and sausages and waffles. But, the eggs and sausages were over cooked and rubbery. They had 2 elevators but one was totally shut down and the one working seemed to be on its last leg. The pool was green. People were swimming, but it did not look inviting. I will never choose this hotel again. First impressions are lasting.

ROACHES
They had a bunch of roaches, dead and alive. Some was smashed into the the walls and just left there. Baby roaches was all on the bathroom floor and the vanity. I would never stay over night here. Me and the family just needed to shower and then we went back home. Worst 2 hour experience of my life. Not to mention the hallway smelt like someone dumped beer in it. SMH never again!
