I emailed right after I booked and I called the day before check in requesting early check in and both times I was told it shouldn’t be an issue. When I arrived 2 hours early to check in I was told there was an early check in fee. Why wasn’t I told this in the email reply or when I called. I told them I wasn’t paying it and they finally waived it. I was told no housekeeping which I thought was odd and the elevators were very dirty. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Wish they had a few more options or variety for their continental breakfast. An hour before check in I received a message the food area wouldn’t be open for lunch or dinner. I felt they could have given me more than an hours advance notice. Stay was ok but not sure I’d stay again.

It was a horrible experience The blanket in my room was dirty & I had to go down to get another one! The iron was very dirty on the bottom & put black stuff on my jeans that I was ironing! The room itself, had dust on the table . There had been a dirty plate that was set out on the table by the elevator to be picked up, since they only clean rooms every 4 days & it stayed there for 2 days. I had to ask the front desk to have someone remove it!! They will not clean your room, even if you request it’s The towels are hard , threadbare ! The trash can is very small, considering, they don’t clean the rooms. It can hold maybe 2 water bottles & 1 chips bag The dresser drawer has masking tape on the outside, that was half peeled off! There’s a sign in the elevator, that is half peeled off! The front desk employee, Ayo , was pleasant. The other employees were rude Horrible experience.. don’t ever go there.. And they padded the bill with extra charges , had to call & complain

We booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub for much needed R and R time for my husband and I. We called ahead two days prior to check on the availability of the pool usage. We were told that the pool was open. Regratful, during our three night stay, the pool was closed all three days!

The hotels in this area are super expensive. For a one night college move in you cannot beat this price. Staff are very nice. It’s clean and comfortable BUT every room is musty. We changed rooms and this is our second visit (the first one everything was fine but the second we had to change rooms and then there were no other hotels left for this third visit so we took a gamble that it was a bad weekend). The air conditioner does not work well and yes I know they are eco friendly. Also note that rooms are only cleaned every four days but that is part of the low price.

It’s a non-smoking property, that’s fine. But locking the side entrances after 10pm, so you have the walk the whole property to get in or out is ridiculous. You already have card-access locks, don’t make getting in and out harder.
