The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the train station, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We loved being across from the Cathedral, and very much enjoyed our stay there.

Stayed one night as heading to Heidelberg. The hotel is in a great location and had an amazing breakfast. Only issue was the street outywas noisy until 3 in morning. Definitely pack ear plugs. The cologne cathedral is visible outside of most rooms and is spectacular. We spent a large portion of our day waking around the street with many shops etc. this hotel is not cheap but it provides good value for $ spent

Close to everything you'll want to do or see in Cologne. Once you're inside, the hotel is amazing and great value. Once you're inside the hotel is awesome.

Entry is up several steps - tough with luggage and there is no ramp/elevator to the reception level. Tv did nit work. Had issues with keys which stopped working daily. Great location re Dom, museums.

Great location, excellent staff. Wifi was spotty at best, so if you're planning on working on using wifi I'd suggest you be comfortable going to a coffee shop or chose a different place. AC never really worked in our room, luckily not too hot during our stay.

Great location with Cologne in easy walking distance. Great room size and storage. Slight negative (but personal preference) 1 large soft pillow, made lazing in room a bit of hassle if want to sit up reading.

The staff is fantastic and everything you need on you visit to Cologne is within walking distance. The check-in is a bit tedious by iPad, but that’s only my preference. This is not our first or last visit to this hotel.

This hotel is marketed as having many accommodations. I would double check before you stay here. They haven't had Laundry Service since COVID but continue to market as having it, and do not believe there is anything wrong with this. They blame Expedia, Expedia blames them. As a customer, you watch your money get wasted. The outside of this hotel smells like a homeless camp, probably because of the homeless that linger on the steps and beg for your money as you walk in and out. My room had multiple electrical sockets not working, they said they would come up immediately and look at the issue. They never did. The breakfast taste like US cafeteria food. The service workers were always coming up with an excuse, like "I just started here" or "you'll have to speak with someone else, they aren't here right now" or "we do not write whats on Expedia, someone else does". They had construction going on for 3 of the days we were there and it was loud and obnoxious. Nothing better in Europe than power tools and hammering. When I addressed these issues, the response was I did not follow the refunding policy so I do not get to be heard. If you are going to Cologne, there are so many other hotels to pick. I would avoid this one. This hotel does not mind tricking you out of your money.
