Too much paperwork - not sure why everything (WiFi keys, invoice etc) needs to be printed out. Not enough vegan options on the menu or the mini bar. No possibility to switch of the TV as it was in 24/7 standby mode, which is not environmentally friendly.

Wonderful staff and environment! Very helpful in showing us how to use the tram system to get to Dom and the markets. The breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. We forgot something in the closet and the staff has been very helpful in getting it returned. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again as well.

Nice employees, but I wouldn't come back.
Our reservations were not in the system but it was well handled by the employees. But overall, it was very noisy. I could hear everything which was going on the the rooms around me and in the hallway. Next to that, there were no power plugs at the bedside, and worst of all the internet did not work at all, for 2 days. As someone who is traveling for work, this is just essential.

Really nice, clean and modern
Really nice, clean modern hotel with friendly staff. Only negatives were no aircon (large fan was in room) and although the WiFi connected, the internet wouldn't work (iOS). Overall good experience though, and we would stay again.

Located in an industrial park, the location wad a little hard to find but have me the impression of being safe because it is so. Parking was available right in front which made loading and unloading so easy. Unfortunately, there is no AC but the breeze coming through the window more than made up for it. I would stay here again.

It is nice clean hotel. The staff are quite friendly and good in English. The location is a bit far from Messy (Exhibition Center). One way taxi about $24 EURO. But the trip gives you a view of the city. Cologne is an older German city, but quite nice.

One night stop
We have stay in this hotel for one night during Christmas road trip driving from UK to Poland. This was good location as hotel is on outskirts of the city so it is quick to get there from motorway plus it has is car parking. The rooms are spacious and modern and bright thanks to top to bottom windows. From the comfort and confience there is few faws. The light in bathroom is very bad so doing makeup is not ideal, there is no spear plug by your bed to plug phone charger you have to take out night light and as in many hotels in this region you are getting individual duvets which felt quite small and I found tricky to wrap myself. There are nice touch too like big tv and Nespresso machine in your room. Reception staff is very nice as well. To get to city center the easiest way is by taxi. Overall good place to stay for one night if you are travelling for business or to break your journey. If you are in Cologne as a tourist other hotels might be better.

Location is a little bit far away
Location is a little bit far from central town yet it is convenient for people who drives. Very spacious room and clean. Not suitable for guests who could not read German. Breakfast had to be upgraded.

Very modern
The hotel is very modern , and may not be to everyone's taste but it ticks all the boxes needed , it's 5 kilometres out of town centre, so a quick cab ride is all that's needed and there is so much parking right outside the front door it will cater from small cars to very tall vans . I was suitably impressed with my stay and woul only ask that usb points be made available in the rooms.

Artsy modern
Well the artsy vibe can put off some people. The statue in the reception is a bit weird. Nice rooms, semi-transparent bathroom wall was very cool, plus they thankfully had a fan (very rare find in a German hotel). Plenty of parking, good restaurant. Hard beds and soft pillows, though I found this to be the standard throughout Germany.

Hotel is a little bit outside of city center. It is next to 2 supermarket which you could buy some stuff easily. However, this hotel has NO AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. It is quite hot during the day. Hotel staff is really nice as she offers fan for our room.
