I made a mistake during the booking. The hotel was not able to respond in a timely or satisfactory manner. I understand the hotel was within its rights. But given this is the hotel I always choose for my work trips when in Cologne I maybe expected a bit more. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing. Hotel itself is good, that’s why I usually returned to the same place.

Excellent hotel! The room may be small, but it's cozy and well-organized. The staff were absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Unterkunft ist gut gewesen und hat den Zweck voll erfüllt. Einzig warum die Tourismussteuer vor Ort bezahlt werden muss und dass, das Hotel nichtmal die Höhe wusste, da von Expedia nicht genannt, ist weniger praktmstisch.

Tolle Lage aber viel zu laut
Das Hotel diente für mich als kurzfristige Alternative, wobei die Lage der einzige positive Aspekt war. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Badezimmer ließ in puncto Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Zudem war bis spät in die Nacht durchdringender Lärm eines nahegelegenen Clubs zu hören, was den Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigte. Am Sonntag gab es leider keine Möglichkeit, in der Nähe zu frühstücken, da der örtliche Bäcker geschlossen war. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist das Fehlen eines Aufzugs – für Gäste mit schwerem Gepäck bedeutet dies, die Koffer in den 1. oder 2. Stock tragen zu müssen. Für Geschäftsreisende ist dieses Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht geeignet; für Personen, die das Nachtleben suchen, mag es eine akzeptable Option sein.

Mitten in der Einkaufszone. 10 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und zum Musical Dome. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Vom Bahnhof aus schnelle Verbindung S-Bahn und Zug wohin man will.

Der Preis für eine Nacht (154€ für 2 Personen) lässt sich nur durch die zentrale Lage, aber sicher nicht durch die Qualität des Hotels rechtfertigen. Wir hatten eines der Design-Doppelzimmer, allerdings würde ich es nicht als Design, sondern höchstens "modern" renoviert bezeichnen.
