We usually recommend that you have a car in Colorado Springs, but being that this home is in a very good location, an Uber or Lyft could be enough!

Perfect home for Air Force parents weekend
In town for AF football. House was in a great location - in between AF Academy and downtown Colorado Springs. Home was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of room for a family of 5. Management was easy to communicate with. We would rent this house again in the future.

Beautiful property in a quiet, safe, and convenient neighborhood close to the highway and easy access to all the attractions of C Springs. Owners are very responsive and have the property well stocked with all the essentials that you might need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Nightmare 2022
I would love to give this place better reviews, however, there ar 2 major lies in the description are below, and despite asking the company to do their part to make it right for my family and refund us at least half of the stay, there has been no response. Lie # 1. The atmosphere is clean and airy, the quality linens are fresh and everything is simply cared-for, put-together and complete. -We arrived at 5pm and the door code did not work. We had to enter through the garage that reeked of trash and then upon entering property, it was all dirty and had not been made ready for me or my military family who had just traveled from NY to CO for Thanksgiving week 2022 to see our active duty son stationed at Cheyenne Mountain. The masterbedroom bed was slept in and dirty and so was the shower with old and nasty towels on the floor. No welcome packets and no welcome fresh clean space that was over $1600 for 5days. Lie #2. To give you peace of mind, we have a 5 star cleaning team that keeps this home immaculately clean and disinfected (especially high-touch areas) so you can enjoy your stay and feel safe. -We messaged the Hoste team to call us because it was so gross there with old trash in the kitchen can and bathrooms and told the next day the cleaning team would be there to take care of it all. We left at 10am and came back at 2pm to give the cleaning crew time and NO ONE CAME. Clean linens and towels were left thrown in the front door only but we then had to go out and purchase cleaning gear to take care of it all ourselves and actually try to enjoy our vacation time. We called and messaged and asked for a partial/full refund kept getting the run around and/or the excuse that they are short staffed due to the holiday and couldnt help us. At no time did the owner or the property manager come to even talk to us and formally apologize and try to make it right. We were refunded the cleaning fee finally when the cleaning crew didnt show up because it was so upsetting to have been gone from the home for so long and nothing was taken care of. Yesterday, I sent another follow up message with photos of the trash and nastiness of the property and lack of attention and cleanliness of the standard one would expect of this type of business and explained how would they feel if they checked into a dirty hotel room, well now imagine its a whole entire home and then refunded $250. Offensive!

Great for families
This was a great place to stay! Easy access to the highway which easily takes you to downtown CO Springs and Manitou Springs. The house was clean and well stocked (needs an ice cream scoop in the kitchen) and the beds were comfortable. It’s also nice to have a garage to park in and washer and dryer for laundry. Back porch needs cushions on the furniture but other than that - no complaints! Great and comfortable place to stay for our family of 6.

Beautiful modern and clean townhouse. Nice to have a garage and small yard (unfenced). Comfortable furniture and beds. Two minutes to freeway so quick access to anywhere in Colorado Springs. Safeway very close by. Could use new cushions on patio furniture.

Fantastic home, Easy and Clean
The check in and checkout instructions were super easy. The house has great furnishings, clean bathrooms and kitchen, a huge garage, washer and dryer, and coffee pot. It was perfect for our little family. It is also 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods - easy to go do fun stuff and come back to relax.

Great for a family getaway
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. Check in/out was simple and great communication from hosts. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only issue we had during our stay was that the toaster didn't work. When notified, the hosts offered to come fix it but we declined as we were fine without it.

very nice, but a few glitches
Very modern inside. Great kitchen with plenty of cooking gear, utensils and so on. Nice location if you are going to be doing things on north end of town. Quiet neighborhood, with some houses under construction, but not a problem. Glitches: Washing machine broke mid-load, leaving me with no work clothes Couldn't get front door to work, not a huge deal, used garage Mini-creamers were spoiled The thing I didn't like is it is just run by a huge management company. And even sent me completely separate check-in paperwork before they would give me address, with a full additional set of rules and requirement to give them credit card. Just made the whole experience, including dealing with the broken appliance less friendly.

Large clean home. We were very comfortable for a family of 3 Everything is fairly new and designed to be an AirBnb rental, though they don't have any patio chairs or a grill. Location is in cookie cutter neighborhood, about a 15 minute drive to many of the notable hikes in Colorado Springs. Property management company was responsive, though they do charge an hourly fee if you need an early or late checkout.
