I liked how this property is a short drive from some really great dog parks and restaurants and the fact that they are dog friendly is a huge plus. My only concern was the tile on the floor had a mysterious red stain in the hallway to the bathroom. And the walls were thin enough to hear a domestic issue happening above my room.. Otherwise staff was super friendly. Just wish the dog walking area to the left of the hotel wasn’t full of trash and broken bottles.. lots of potential considering the view though. But small enough to rest and be comfortable if you’re passing through.

The location was very close to UCCS where my daughter had an official visit. I also loved the miles of walking paths directly behind it where I could walk and my daughter could run. The staff was very kind.
