Looks old from outside but has obviously been renovated. Beautiful lobby with great food and drinks. Rooms clean with plenty of space. Nice pool and hot tub. Highly recommend

We love coming here and we really like this hotel. Only thing is during our stay the heated pool was unusually cold and airconditioning is running instead of heater ( so it makes it more cold). Not sure if suppose to be like that but the kids enjoyed it. Just had to go back and fort in the hot tub.

Wonderful place to stay in Colorado Springs
I came into town for a concert and my daughters and I stayed at the Double Tree in Colorado Springs. The hotel staff was very friendly at check in and check out. The complimentary cookies were very nice. The lobby was gorgeous. Our rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel manager was one of the best hotel staff members I have ever met! Although I do not recall his name, I will say that the customer service he provided, from the initial greeting to the genuine way he tried to ensure I had a pleasant stay is commendable! He deserves to be recognized for his stellar service and professionalism.
