I enjoy using the fitness facility, but I would love to be able to have access to a sanitizer spray or wipes. I am not sure when the equipment is getting sanitized?

This facility is right downtown and some of the area is sketchy. I did walk several blocks alone at night and the homeless did not approach me.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Convenient to some cool stuff downtown- restaurants, museums, etc… but lots of homeless people throughout the area. Hotel is also right next to the city bus station, which is good and bad too.

No parking

It's not very often that you find a hotel with absolutely no parking. They offer expensive valet parking but other than that you have to pay at a meter to park on the street. Paying the meter was annoying and if you went anywhere you would lose your spot. I know it's my fault for not paying attention but it's pretty rare for a small town hotel not to have parking.

The property was downtown Colorado Springs. Our rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing! the only thing that stunk was there’s no free parking but the location was convenient to shop, and eat. All around great experience.

The only negative was the breakfast food was ice cold at 7:00 am( start of breakfast)- eggs, oatmeal, sausage, etc. the hot items were out on the warmer, but like they were just put there.

We had to leave at 6am to get to the airport. Our uber was outside waiting for us and we were locked in the building. We could not leave!!! Called the front desk and they came to the door and it was deadbolted and he had to go upstairs to get a key!!! There was no other exit. If there would have been a fire everyone would have been locked in. Extremely unsafe! Not to mention we had to give our Uber driver a big tip because he had to wait so long.

Very clean room and bigger than expected for the price. No free parking but even the paid parking makes the overall price comparable to other hotels. Located IN downtown Colorado Springs, there's a lot to do that is in walking distance. You do need to walk by the bus station and a variety of people when you leave the property so walking downtown here is not for the feint of heart.

Not the best, but not the worst.

Location is great. We arrived several hours after check-in. The valet experience was very interesting. They use lifts and put vehicles on top of one another due to limited space. Check-in is on the second floor. One of the automatic shades in our room was not working. The desk advised us they could not look at it and did not have any other rooms available. My husband asked if they could cover with a sheet. They told him he was welcome to come to the desk on the 2nd floor to get one. The shade had come off its track. He was able to fix it himself. We had a corner room. The room was spacious. There was street noise, but nothing that kept us awake. It was very busy at breakfast. When we got down there, they had run out of bowls, plates, the water was empty. We ended up grabbing breakfast nearby. This hotel is a good option if you’re needing somewhere to stop on a long road trip like we did and are not planning to spend much time at the hotel.

The hotel itself was nice. Very aesthetic. However, the hotel itself was very dirty. We went to the pool after checking in and noticed how green the hot tub was. We got in it anyways and I could not stay in there any longer after taking a seat. The hot tub was very slimy. The evening staff was not very pleasant. I was trying to figure out how I could leave the valet parking lot, the worker there came from behind my vehicle to tell me to leave the lot although I was about to leave waiting for people to finish crossing the sidewalk. He then proceeded to go inside the hotel and go to the front desk to say that I was the threating him at valet when all I wanted to do was leave valet and find parking after a long day of traveling... Overall, it was a nice stay. We still enjoyed the downtown area, just not so much of the cleanliness of the hotel and evening staff.
