Requested a refund due to road closed-no response
We were unable to make it through a CO pass due to snow and the pass closed. Had to stay at another quality inn. Contacted the property immediately and told our request for a refund of payment would be passed on to the manager. Several days later we have not received the refund or communication from the property.

A little outdated. Our rooms both bathrooms the painwas chipping in both showers. Refrigerator didnt work and we found mold in the bottom of the Refrigerator. When i addressed it at checkout, she simply stated. Ill tell the house keepers..

Clean room with comfortable bed. The love seat was old and uncomfortable to sit on. All of the electrical outlets were inconvenient places. Shower water temperature was lukewarm.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of options. It was centrally located for the activities we had planned.

We had electric bicycles locked to the back of our vehicle overnight in well lit security guarded parking lot. We went out in the morning and bicycles were gone. The staff was apologetic but not helpful even though they had cameras in the parking lot. Could not seem to find any helpful footage.

There was only one thing i didn't like. Check in. The were computer issues the staff had issues resolving. There should always be a work around that does not require a computer. The young lady was a bit of an ass and had no plan. Rooms were available.

Property is old and needs a facelift. However, rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not good. Limited choices and dirty tables. Rates are low during off season. Reasonably good value for money.
