Very flashy website but our room was probably the dirtiest room we’ve ever been in. And it is definitely not “Modern”. Our room looked nothing like the pretty and clean rooms advertised.

The motel was super cute and updated nicely while still keeping the charm of an older motel. We were held up in traffic and the wonderful office staff stayed late to ensure we could check in. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and trendy. I will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The check in staff were pleasant but that's about the only thing that was nice about this place. Because of all of the nearby apartment building construction going on, it's upsetting the birds and they're crazy loud when it's daylight outside. Sometimes you'll hear a loud train horn. Otherwise, at night a lot of the renters here are crazy loud and having outdoor verbal fights off and on from 11:00 pm to 3:00 am. Finally when I dozed off to sleep, some random person even drove their car into a tree in the parking lot at almost 4:00 am which made me jump out of bed thinking it was my car. The bed frame is strange where it shifts and thumps whenever I roll over or sit down too quickly on it. I understand that it's been recently renovated, but man the floors already look like they're old from poor cleaning maintenance. The one thing I wanted to do was sleep for my entire stay.... But it's so damn noisy at almost all hours of the day and night that I didn't get any rest. I'd never come back again!

Absolutely loved my stay here. The bed was absolutely the most amazing bed I’ve ever slept in my life. It was quiet parking spot right in front of the room all around great stay keep up the good work guys.

The staff is accommodating. No deposit. The rooms have a wonderful panache to them. Lots of charging ports, comfy beds, and an awesome ambience. I am an online content creator and the ambience of the room is creative and homey.

Ithe room was very clean the bed was great I slept well. It seemed a little scary at first cause men were out on the balcony when I arrived. But when I returned in the night no one was out and it was quiet. I like the fact that there was a seven eleven across the street where I could get things like water . This property was not far from the corner of a busy street . It was walkable . The office staff person was very accommodating . And helpful. Also had a fridge and Micro wave . This property was about eight blocks to where I was going so it was walkable for me in the day time. Not at night by myself.

It’s a MOTEL. Don’t expect anything different just because of the update fixtures. Cute furniture doesn’t mean much when the floor is filthy and sheets are dirty.

We didn’t even stay the night due to the room conditions. We arrived and left after about 45 minutes in the room. The smell of smoke was so strong, it’s was difficult to stay in the room. The door did not latch properly and was overall unsafe. The carpet in the room was dirty and stained. The bathroom floor was very sticky. The curtains did not close all the way. The bed spreads were stained and dirty looking. This property was poorly maintained. Would not recommend staying here.
