Clean, friendly but super noisy

The hotel was clean and staff was great but there was a lot of noise from the people above us. Just walking across the floor was noisy. Evidently the place is not well insulated

The hotel was great. The low rating for personnel is low only because we rarely saw staff. You all preached about being quiet but our last two nights, the folks above us were extremely noisy. Our next trip we would request a room on the 2nd floor

Just okay for the price

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to Glacier and other activities. The problem was the hotel is on a busy road and the traffic noise was terrible. Also no one made up the room and with only two small trash cans, we kept having to take out our trash and ask for towels etc.

Room was unbelievably and unnecessarily tiny; fridge used as bedside table; very noisy - could not sleep all night; room was across the road from the main hotel, which we did not realize from the website; staff was unhelpful. The bathroom was good. This was a low-end motel, definitely not the lovely place we expected from their website. Will never stay there again, and certainly do not recommend it to anyone.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Liked the white noise machine. Had some miscommunication with the staff about daily cleaning of the room. You have to request to have your room cleaned daily, which we told them we wanted on the first morning, at least clean towels and remove trash daily,but second day it wasn't done and had to ask them again.

When you see a white noise, machine and earplugs on your nightstand, that should be an indication. The hotel has been updated nicely, although the minimalistic. They should have soundproof the floors because we heard everything as they were walking, which sounded like stomping at 3 AM. The traffic noise is also very loud. The hotel has been nicely redone, but the noise was awful.

Hotel is very responsive and even bumped us up a suite since we were on our honeymoon. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very nice with an abundance of pillows to make you comfortable. Loved the extra details such as a sound machine and a variety of granola bars. Only thing I would suggest changing in the future is the automatic bathroom light. It’s fine during the day but at night when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom the light blinds you. Especially since I am pregnant and go to the bathroom up to 4x a night. We ended up finding something to put over the sensor so it would stop turning on again. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything especially the heavy doors closing. But we expected people to be waking up super early to hike and it’s a hotel so we expected it! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends & family!

Glacier Stay

We were in town visiting Glacier, and this was a very easy close location to the West Park entrance and close to several towns and restaurants to the west. Hotel was self serve basically which was fine for us had been updated in a minimalist design. They probably could do a little bit better job, keeping the outside kept regarding weeds, etc.
