The hotel was GROSSLY misrepresented. The ohotos looked great but the actual property was disgusting with abandoned building and next to it made the atmosphere very unsafe, i refused to sign in and tge hotel refused any type of refund. And no contact information for customer service via phone on website.

Very rundown and dirty. Stains on carpet. In need of paint. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal but no milk. Only other choice was waffle but no butter and we had to ask for syrup.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! You will regret it!!! On arrival we knew we would not stay. Lobby area dirty. Door to room was open, lock was broke, toilet broken, floor dirty. Awful smell. They refused to refund the room. The staff laughed when we complained.

Zero Stars: Deplorable Conditions My recent stay at Days Inn was an absolute nightmare. The room was in a state of disrepair with a missing smoke alarm, no television, and a broken front door which did not lock. There were holes in the walls and doors, no hot water, along with missing and broken furniture. The pool was empty and filled with weeds, not that I would ever want to swim in it. To top it off, there were people smoking weed in the early morning hours, making the environment even more unpleasant. I feel bad for folks for whom this is their only source of residence. The entire facility needs to be demolished and run under new management. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staying at the fictional Schitt's Creek would have been more delightful and at least you'd have the Rose family for some entertaining company.

The hotel didn't look nothing like that website stated when we got to the hotel. The girl at the reception desk didn't know what to do with my reservation that I paid for. She called another lady who wouldn't say anything to me about what is happening with my reservation. She wanted to put me and my husband in a room with 2 queen bed and I said no. I paid for a king size bed not 2 queen size bed. I asked her is it cheaper? The girl said no they are all the same price and I was okay then what's the problem. I couldn't get a refund. The girl gave me the hotel key to my room & never told us about what time breakfast was going to be, what to do if there was any issues w/the room. So we go to the door that are room was located & already I was having anxiety because the door had a hole on the metal piece of where the handle was. We went in & the king size bed was almost to the bathroom. A chair near the front door. The light in the room was so dim that we had to go to the wall to the bathroom to turn the light on to be able to see what we were doing. Oh and the bed had 2 LED spot light no clue why. Ok the inside door handle wire was sticking out, hotel lock was hanging with 1 small screw and it was broken. My husband had to put the 1 seater in front of the door so we can feel safe. The heater didn't work & it was cold last night. The bed had a thin sheet so we could use w/no other blanket. The sink was cracked, the blow dryer mount fell when we try to use it & it stopped working.

Needs a lot of work
There was no hot water in the room, the floor mounted ac unit's controls were broken, and I was told the next morning it was supposed to be controlled by a wall thermostat. But that wasn't obvious. There was a lot of structural damage around the outside doors. The surrounding area looks run down and seedy. Especially the abandoned building...restaurant/package store?...that was in the parking lot.
