Overall, for the price not impressed. I booked the specific hotel because I heard the restaurant was going to be top-notch. However, restaurant was close both days that I stayed there nothing near the area. It said breakfast included if you call cold cereal, and stale bread breakfast I guess that’s what it is and for what they were charging room service never showed so again don’t waste your money.

Immaculately clean. Everything was comfortable and reallly about peefect. Room was spacious and nicely decorated with good views. Quiet. Staff were all super professional and friendly, from the front desk, room cleaning person and the lovely woman who kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. Good people are what make a business great, and City Mills has outstanding staff. Keep your people and we will keep coming back!

Room was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, hotel is safe and secure. Restaurant is only open for dinner after 5pm, free breakfast is good but very small area, runs out quickly for the amount of people. I was there on the weekend though, not complaining, it was free:)

The staff is absolutely amazing! The building and rooms are beautiful. I always enjoy my visits here. This time when I checked in there was a problem with the air in my room. I went to the front desk and the staff immediately took action and not only moved me in to a new room but upgraded my room for free! Great customer service! Highly recommend City Mills, you absolutely will not regret this choice.
