Not impressed with this property. Room was less than desirable. Bed not comfortable, pillows awful, doors to the outside were propped open with towels. Did not make me feel safe at all. Very run down.

Overall, the stay was quite good. It was close to our destination for our convention, and the staff was lovely. There were a few things in the rooms guide that were out of date, but nothing that ruined the trip. The mattresses also dipped quite a bit, but they weren't difficult to sleep in. Some definitely need need replacement. Regardless, the stay was wonderful for the price point. We'd stay again.

My husband, niece, and I spent one night at Comfort Suites because we were going to GalaxyCon. For what we needed for one night, it was satisfactory. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. I have two small complaints: 1) for a room described as having two queen beds, they were the smallest queen beds I’d ever seen. I have a queen bed at home, and the bed I got was smaller than my own bed. My husband is a big man, so it was particularly uncomfortable for him. 2) The fitness center left a bit to be desired. The cooling system was in poor circulation, there was no water in the complimentary fridge, and it was too small. I’m not sure I’ll be at this hotel again, but it did its job for what we needed.

Very run down and in a terrible neighborhood. Cheap squeaky beds, not comfortable. Poorly maintained. No bedding for pull outs(which looked grungy) in the room. We left without checking out to get other accommodations after an hour

Main complaint was that there were an excessive amount of flies, and gnats In the rooms, and specially, the bathrooms. Also, the breakfast option was extremely limited compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed in. With just an egg and sausage choice or waffle as a hot breakfast option(No potatoes, hot oatmeal).

Our room wa right next to the elevator, litereally. Our room shared a wall with the elevator shaft so any time the elevator was going up or dow, we could hear it. In addition to that we heard every ding when the elevatoe arrrive and every conversation guests were having while wating. We arrived very late at night and were hoping to sleep in, but since the next morning was a football Saturday, people stating using rhe elevator at 6 a.m. Staff was not friendly or helpful when we had questions about getting around Columbus. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was passable.

The front desk team is very loud and rude, when I check in I told the clerk that I had a service dog and the next day one of the clerks saw me coming in with my dog and she call my room to tell me to head back up to the front desk and pay $25 as a pet fee!! And when I explained to her that my dog is a service dog and I said to her that I can email her my dog service paperwork she just hung up on me… very rude!!!!
