Although property is older the staff does a good job of keeping it clean. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location. Security on site was nice. Excellent check in staff.

They charged me more than Expedia said it would cost. Tired hotel in need of cleaning. Needs to be refurbished. Rooms keys did not work. We had to go to the front desk and get it updated every time we wanted to enter our room.

I didn’t have a stay. You allowed me to book online when there wasn’t actually a room available. The front desk attended was rude and unfriendly. I don’t think I will ever consider double tree again. At least I got a refund. Only good thing about the experience.

The property looked clean, but the room I was placed in was not clean properly. The shower had lots of hair everywhere and there was crumbs on the desk chair from another guest. I would stay again, but did not enjoy seeing those things.

We were greeted promptly as we entered the hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and well organized. The pool area needed cleaning but was acceptable for swimming. The dining area and the lounge were clean and comfortable and the menu prices were reasonable.

When I opened the front door there was a small ice cube on the floor The room Deodorizer was so strong i got a headache The furniture was so old and scratched up The doors were a cream color so the black Scuffmarks really Stood out.The bed was little Lumpy and with the loud Deodorizer smell i wasn't going to sleep under the sheets The toilet had a Continuous running sound. I MOVED lamp closer to me to charge my phone on the outlet and i noticed black marks from on the table because it hadn't been wiped or cleaned in a long time so overall that was something u would expect from motel 6 or any roadside inn i thought Double tree standards were higher than that i had to go see. my son for a hour or so and when I returned i check out and went across the street to the Hyatt place and stayed the 2 nights the at $106.00 for two nights The young man who check me in made it appear that the hotel was sold out and was nothing available to move to is there anya Way i can get my money back please it has horrible
