The Space:
This beautifully maintained house has all the charm of a 1920s mansion, new paint, fixtures, flooring, and furniture will keep you comfortable and cool. This house is large enough to accommodate 18 people with 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

As you enter, you will pull into a private and gated back yard. The back door leads into a spacious pantry and barn door decorated laundry room, fully functioning for all your trip's needs. This then leads into the renovated sleek, and fully stocked kitchen and eat in dinning nook. The dining room, large enough for 8 people to sit at opens into the huge living room complete with shiplap , cute and trendy decor that also doubles as a space for two people to sleep on the futons that transform from sofas into twin/full beds.
The living room leads into a sunroom (additional 2x futons), an office/library/game room, the master bedroom (1 king bed with memory foam), the largest 1st floor bedroom with 2 double beds, and one more bedroom with a queen bed. There are also two bathrooms with two showers and one tub. Upstairs we have three more bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full, 2 twins) and two more bathrooms with two showers and one tub.
There is also a huge deck, perfect for your family gatherings

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a lovely established, residential neighborhood. Less than one mile to everything you need including grocery, restaurants, shopping and Lakebottom Park!

Getting Around:
This house is easily found on all GPS devices

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
