I was there a total of four nights, I had to take out the trash myself, get clean towels myself and requested room servicing/cleanup two different days and it was not done. The staff were all very nice, courteous however I’m not happy that my room was not serviced when requested

Location didn’t feel the greatest being next to lower attracted sites. Tv not being in the center is not the best. Breakfast was very mediocre-looks like they spend their most budget on the plates and cups. Just use paper plates and more breakfast options. Breakfast stopping at 9:30 is also a short time. McDonald’s breakfast would've been better. Room was okay, but bathroom was small

Overall it was excellent. The breakfast selection was excellent! Only negative was no shade in pool area. No umbrellas. Otherwise, excellent accommodations, and recommend for families. Many dining options very close by. Great proximity for the zoo as well.

The staff accommodated our every need.

The staff was wonderful. They accommodated our every need. The bathroom was small and would be difficult for a wheelchair guest. Breakfast was very nice—they had fresh fruit every morning. Pancakes, potatoes and sausage were made freshly as needed. There were condiments and tortillas available so that you could make breakfast tortillas if you desired. Best of all, there were real dishes, cups and silverware! We would stay here again.
