Never again. Valet parking is an absolute joke. DO NOT let this hotel/Columbus Parking Management (their valet vendor) park your car. 50 minutes to retrieve car - again, almost AN HOUR to get car from parking garage around the block. Hotel Manager? Feckless. I’m sorry is all I and the other FIFTEEN guests waiting for our cats got. Oh and they forgot to give us our breakfast voucher at check in - so naturally we had to go retrieve one.

Got stuck in the hotel room bathroom because the door was warped and gets stuck if you close it all the way. Valet took 45 minutes to get out car which really effing sucks when you're in for a wedding the night before and are super hungover. Also check the hotels website directly before using Expedia. It would have saved me $100 bucks for the exact same room. Thanks Expedia...😒

Had hire expectations for this hotel considering its cost per night and location. Staff was friendly and accommodating, they let us check in early which was great but the room was so outdated. Stains on the walls, patches on the walls, stains on the bed skirts. We lifted the mattresses up to make sure they were clean, which they were but in all my years of travel I’ve never felt like it was necessary to do something like that. Not impressed. Not a terrible experience but wouldn’t go back.

Security (not in uniform)attempted to access my room at 12:55am using a key card. They were stopped by the security latch. When I confronted them they claimed the room was supposed to be empty and asked my name. I refused to give it. I immediately called the front desk to express my concerns. They called security and he claimed the door was open (untrue). I told the front desk I felt unsafe and requested a call from management and provided my cell number at that time (which they already had but just in case). It’s been a week and no communication at all. No adjustment to my fees. Horrific customer service. If a single female is awakened by a staff member (again, not in uniform) and tells you that she feels unsafe you would think there would be some attempt to communicate with me. Ladies - do not stay there!

Not enough working plugs, phone not working, missing hair dryer, bed not made, wet towels not replaced. We complained at front desk (since phone not working) regarding outlets The ones that were not working were not repaired, and no extension cords provided. Very disappointing stay.

No hot water and pressure sucks
There was absolutely no hot water in the hotels as we asked other guests. The location is nice, but other than that it’s not worth the stay. As there are other hotels around as well

The property was in surprisingly poor condition. There were outlets unsafely installed, grime on the walls and furniture, and a number of plumbing problems. The water came out of the tub spigot as a cloudy yellow. I was informed later that this was do to a plumbing interruption. I went to the manager to redress the issues, and was made to wait nearly four hours before he came out and told me all he could do was offer me rewards points. I cut my trip short after that. I was not going to stay another night. The hotel refunded half my money, instead of the full refund I requested.
