Bianca in the restaurant was great. Very helpful and efficient and very pleasant. The waitstaff on both mornings were outstanding. I didnt like the fact that we had to request the room to be refreshed. We missed a complete day. Also the coffee was not replenished or the cups. When we did ask it took forever. Staff were good but the housekeeping in the common areas leave a lot to be desired, especially for the price paid. Saw empty glasses left in the coomon area for the entire stay. It seems no one is supervising the staff. If you get this sorted out it gets 4 to 5 stars.

Overall, a nice stay at the property. My only complaint is my room was musty, and my view (4 very large windows) was into a public parking garage. Therefore, I had to keep the blinds closed at all times to feel safe.

Great location and very welcoming staff. Interactions with valet, front desk, and restaurant staff were all warm and professional. Only recommendation is to provide more details about parking with my reservation confirmation. Circled the block before realizing the entrance and valet service were the same place, but self-parking is around the other side of the building.

We stayed there for one night for a convention. We were out for a couple hours after arrival, and came back to go to sleep afterwards and noticed our blankets had brownish stains on them, the a/c unit had an odor when it kicked on, the rooms were quite small and when using the walk way to the convention center or to and from the parking garage- you almost couldn’t breathe because the odor was just unbearable. Wasn’t worth the price I paid; but the rest of the hotel was lovely.
