Even though we love this hotel so much it was our honeymoon and for starters they did not have our room available and they put us in a lower grade room and still charged us for the original room than we checked and they charged me and my wife both of our cards for the room we had false promises of drink tickets and what not did not receive for the inconvenience and as we were trying to get things settled the check in person was more concerned with there door dash than our room mix up it was crazy we visited there when they first opened it was amazing service and all this time straight disappointed on our honeymoon we checked out first thing in the morning not to mention the room they had us in was not clean the tub was dirty and toilet and we literally should have charged for housekeeping for what we endured it was the honeymoon from hell

Danielle was very hospitable at check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Dining on the rooftop or in little west is fire. Highly recommend the tomahawk steak. Joey makes the best cocktails aka espresso martini. Would highly recommend and stay again at the Junto.

A lovely stay
This was our second family trip staying at The Junto and it was just as lovely as the first. This time we ate dinner there because my husband heard from a friend about their amazing burgers. My husband said the burger falls on his top 5 of all time. We also enjoy having a nightly cocktail or two at The Brass Eye and enjoying a coffee and treat at Maudine’s in the morning. We also enjoy the little things, such as the water bar by reception. My son still uses his Junto reusable water bottle from our first trip. Thank you again for an amazing stay, it will not be our last.

We accidentally parked in valet parking, the valet was not very friendly to us and didn’t help us find a location for public parking. Once we did find it, it was a long walk carrying our things to the room. I also had a question that I called about a couple weeks before just to make sure it was ok, they said they would get back to me and they did not so when we got there they almost did not let us in our room. They also did not give us good directions on how to get to our room. But the room itself and the bathroom was very clean and luxurious! Very clean and a unique, fun experience. Just did not appreciate the people in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Junto. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was fantastic. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. The vibe in the common areas was great, making it feel like a place you would want to hang out just because you could. We highly recommmend this hotel!

This property does a lot very well! The lobby is beautiful, rooms are well appointed, big and kept clean. My gripe is really the service, which I’m usually loathe to say anything bad about. At check in I was given a free drink token. I tried 4 times to use it during the posted hours and 4 times the bar tender told me they were closed. I tried at noon, 2pm and 10pm twice. The restaurant hosted assured me that the bar should be open, so not really sure what happened. The hotel isn’t cheap and I don’t think it’s insane to want the hotel bar to be open when they say it’s going to be open. While there we enjoyed the onsite coffee shop and had dinner and drinks on the rooftop. Both of these venues were positive experiences. Would I stay here again? Probably and likely will, strictly on the fact that I enjoyed the room.
