Nice rooms. The staff needs improvement. I had problems at check-in due to their mistake and was made to feel like it was my fault. The woman in the breakfast area was anything but friendly.

Problem is I booked 3 rooms under the book now pay later. I’ve done this a bunch of times. We do it so once we get to the hotel each person can pay with their own card. I’ve never had a problem until now. My card was charged with all 3 rooms before we even got to the hotel. Now I’m out almost $700 while I wait the 3-5 days for a refund. Super frustrating. I’ve never had a hotel charge me before I even get there. This defeats the whole purpose of book now pay later. Very frustrating.

Outstanding Guest Service
Dominic and the other gentleman at the front desk were struggling with the computer system running slow. They stayed calm and made sure that the guests were taken care of. They prevented something that could have been a negative customer experience from turning into that. Dominic was clearly continuing to make improvements to make the system go faster. Even though check in took longer than normal, it still felt like we were being taken care of.
