Apartment for 2 to 4 people, facing south west, courtyard side. On the second floor of a small condominium of 3 apartments, free parking and large parking nearby. Located in the quiet area of the passage in Concarneau. 2 mins from the sea and the coastal path, 800m from the first beach. 400m from all shops. Access to the city center and the port by the closed city (fortified city), crossing the channel by the ferry 1mn.
The apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. A main room with fitted kitchen and a living room with sofa bed. A separate bedroom with a double bed.

Also available is a 6 m2 box in the courtyard for storing bikes and bulky items. In this room

Perfect place
Location for us was great, just quick ride by boat (€1 each way) to the old town. Walks and bike rides are great around the area and the restaurant at the bottom of the road next to the harbour is a must! The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tidy.

great little apartment
we had a wonderful time in Concarneau and exploring the surrounding area. The apartment is as described, quite, bright, nicely furnished, the kitchen has everything you need for a week. Great location in a historical steet, yet easy to park and a minute's walk from the sea with the closed city just a short passenger ferry away. Recommended!

Nicer than expected, great location and wonderful landlord!
We spent a month in this lovely little apartment. It was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a long term stay. There were even two new bikes for our use. While there was no sea view, we were just a short walking distance from the bac to take us to the Ville Close. We loved Concarneau and the surrounding region. Our landlord, Mr Rouât, picked us up at the airport, had some start-up groceries for us and even brought us fish and crabs that he had caught! I would certainly recommend both the apartment and this region of Brittany for a vacation.

Ruhige kleine Wohnung in Einheimischenquartier
Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig und liebevoll eingerichtet, sie liegt an einer ruhigen Srasse. Mit der Fähre ist man gut an die Ville close und die Stadtmitte angebunden. Reise mit ÖV ist gut möglich (Achtung: Fährenfahrplan ändert je nach Saison!) Schöne Wanderwege und Badestrände in der nahen Umgebung. Leider war eines der versprochenen Fashrräder fahruntauglich!

Appartement agréable, au calme, tout en étant à 2 pas de la ville close. Très jolie petite cité ! Aucune difficulté pour se garer dans la rue, c’est très agréable de se promener à pied Patrice nous a donné quelques conseils de visite et après l’achat d’un ciré breton nous avons affronté le crachin breton et profité pleinement de notre séjour

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Wir waren zu zweit 14 Tage vor Ort. Eine sehr schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, welche ruhig zum Innenhof liegt. Mit dem kleinen Boot ist eine perfekte Anbindung (jetzt in den Sommermonaten Juli und August bis 23.00 Uhr abends) zur Ville Close gesichert. Es stehen zusätzlich Räder in einem Schuppen im Innenhof zur Verfügung (dort können zusätzlich auch eigene Räder sicher abgestellt werden). Tolle Gastgeber, welche immer auf alle Fragen direkt reagiert haben. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt :-)
