The staff upon check in and in the diner were fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. It was nice being within walking distance to shopping and diners at Bay St. The one downfall was the lack of monitoring of children in the pool. It seems obvious parents should be present, but staff should have also been more attentive to the children being unsupervised.

Do no recommend. The price is comparable to downtown SF with lower quality service and rooms , the is a parking fee same as SF, so not convenient. No minimum room quality even a plastic laundry bag was not there, their paper coffee cups was leaky, the coffee maker dirty, the shower/tub so old and moldy…Overall won’t going back.
