Sink at the bar in our room had very cloudy water coming out, not drinkable. Breakfast was very good and friendly. I never received my receipt via email after checking out via the app. I tried the chat option but no one ever responded. I then call the CS line and after being on hold for 39 minutes, gave up. Very poor service

This property has been updated. The room is huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Right off of BART and across the street from several dining and bar options. Quiet and safe. Great stay again.
