The AC didn't work properly. Thie King bed sagged from top to bottom in the middle. The internet/WiFi would not work properly even after putting in password. No connection. Atleast the rooms had been sprayed for pests earlier that day.

Decent pool questionable room
The guy who is running the place is really nice and very friendly to my family. The room was very dated like late 60's or early 70's. There was satillite TV though which entertain my youngest child till bed time. The pool was really clean and kept up which was a drastically difference from the room. I feel with some updates it would be a nice charming getaway spot away from the business of the tourist area.

Run down & musty
I never even got to stay...Drove 2 hrs up there to find I had no reservation...They would not honor the price I got from Hotels.com and wanted almost dbl...The office was the size of my bathroom at home...The place was rundown...I asked to see a room...The rooms are small and smelled musty...Whoever took pictures of the place must have used a wide angle lens...Even the Mgr was filthy, spoke very broken English and had on a dirty tshirt so I said no and went in search of another place to stay

Staff was personable enough but room (at least ours) was horrible! I took pics of our room with bugs, cobwebs, flooring issues, refrigerator with rusty hand applied clasp to hold closed (leftover food from last tennant inside it), peeling wallpaper, horrible shower stall & dirty air conditioner grate among others. Wished I could have posted these! NEVER AGAIN!

The property is older and slightly outdated but it provides the small town feel. The staff was great during my stay and it felt like I was around long time friends not just a guest at a motel. The pool was nice and had plenty of chairs for guests and I was able to get the rest and relaxation I was hoping for.

the staff was very friendly. the room was clean except for one damp corner in the bathroom. very easy to find. nice and close to the lake. the property is old so the room is very outdated. my only major problem was we reserved a king size room and got two doubles. we are large folks so we slept in separate beds

The motel did not appear as represented . The bathroom was nasty. There were only two towels for a room reserved for four people. The beds were notably unclean with BM stains as well as blood and semen stains on the linen. The floors were unkept the toilet had mold in it. The water from the tap as well as the toilet was brown. The bed lamp and clock cords were spliced together into one with electrical tape. The coffee pot wasn’t cleaned from prior guests. The microwave was dirty as well as was the sink. There were ants crawling on countertop, stove , and sink area. In order to even spend the night we chose to go to Walmart to pick up sheets , pillows, and blankets definitely wasn’t worth the cost of the stay

24 hours prior to my stay, I received an email saying my reservation was cancelled. When I arrived at the property, the host blamed Hotels.com. I'm not sure if she was telling the truth, or just trying to rebook me at a higher rate. She ended up finding a room for us, and charging us more for it than we originally agreed upon in our reservation. There was old fried chicken in the cupboard, the toilet was leaking, and the bathroom sink emitted such a foul stench that I had to keep the bathroom closed in order to sleep. The room was surprisingly dirty considering it smelled so strongly of nostril-burning cleanser when we first entered. I would never stay here again.

Most disgusting place I've ever been. First when we arrived they could find our reservation , changed 20$ over quoted price ,bed was hard and lumpy, mold in bathroom mouse droppings in cabinet could not even open fridge all the way. ( not that I would put anything in it it smelled, and peace l'swe're broken

A shirt walk to the beach and restaurants on the beach. We stayed in the cute and cozy, comfortable little cabin that has the coldest ac unit I have ever experienced. Has a pool, playground for kids and a fire pit!! The staff are friendly, talkative and attentive. It was a fun quick getaway from the city. If you are looking for accommodations that boast luxuries like spas or on site bar and restaurant, this is not for you... But if you like family and pet friendly qetaways for lake fishing, walks on a sandy beach and beachfront bars, this is for you. The main town is on the other side of the lake, so enjoy the peaceful nights.

5 star room that was rated 10 stars in disguised
This was a 5 star hotel that fell through the cracks and got rated as a 10 star. The room was clean but it was last updated around the 1950's. The walls and fridge was so old it has old stains on them. There is no bath shower only. The shower door was broken causing light flooding in the bathroom.
