Photos were definitely misleading. Property was not nearly as nice. Was not the worst hotel in the world, but would rate it less than 2 out of 5 stars. The room and property felt outdated, there were tears in the furniture, dents in the fridge, running toilet, toaster did not work, no ice, wifi did not work, right near a bad section of town. WORST of all…. our room was 30 feet from a VERY loud train crossing that blared all day and night every 20 minutes. The hotel actually provided earplugs with an apologetic note - standard practice next to each bed! We had a very important early event the next day and were not warned about this critical detail. Would NOT recommend.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Check in was easy. Convenient location and ample parking. Bed clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked to the trains which used horn as they went by in this area which I guess the photo on expedia does show! We also had a very bright spotlight shining directly under the window and had to try to block it with pillows etc. The A/C was also noisy going on and off frequently, in addition to the train noise, so if we ever stayed again, as it is a decent value for a suite, would only stay on the other side of the building.

Nice accommodation for the price and location, staff helpful and friendly. Be aware that SEPTA trains pass frequently (15-30 min) and sound their horns loudly from about 6:30am to 8:30 or so at night.

The room was great in size. I wish I had paid more attention as being on the railroad track side was awful. I appreciated the ear plugs though. What really bothered me was that we got a room with a pull out couch - my daughter pulled it out to sleep on and there were dead bugs on it. I let the front desk know and he asked if he wanted me to send someone up - but never offered a new room. I told him never mind. We would just crowd together on the bed. I assume because the bugs were dead that the room had been treated in the past. While I love the Marriott brand, this isn't a property we will revisit for our next visit to Conshohocken.

The staff were very friendly, polite and quick to respond to my needs. My only concern was the maintenance of the room. There was a light that was flickering and needed a bulb and the kitchen range had a broken knob. It was fine for me because I did not spend much time at the facility but it did spark my OCD. The facility was very clean and the room was very well designed for business or casual travel. The desk space was extensive and separations of the sleeping and sitting quarters offers multiple uses of the space for all members without disturbing each other. One suggestion, choose a room on the opposite side of the street side for the train comes often and the conductor has fun blowing his horn.
