Déçu on s’attendait à mieux
Check in ok Lampe dans la chambre cassée Télévision fixée au mur de travers Pas de chauffage qui fonctionne dans la salle de bain Pas de chaise pour s’asseoir à part un pseudo banc Y’en seule serviette pour deux personnes Idem pour le savon. Au petit déjeuner je demande juste un café: on mis dis qu’il y a une machine à sous pour cela…. Pas de boîte pour déposer les clés lors du check out La piscine est sympa mais on va pas dans un hôtel pour une piscine.

Accueil parfait par contre propreté de la chambre à revoir Des tâches de gras sur la table de nuit, des poils dans la douche Le flacon de gel douche vide et papier toilette presque vide Radiateur électrique qui ne chauffe rien On m à prête un radiateur d appoint mais qui fait un bruit de fou Donc j ai eu froid cette nuit Malgré l excellent accueil je ne reviendrai pas

Pour un 2 etoiles tres bien La piscine etait nickel Tres bon acceuil, periode de noel tout etait superbement décoré. La chambre est tres simple et la literie aussi... mais pour le prix tres abordable ca fait le job.

Super hôtel. Family friendly nous étions tous à l’aise. A 5 avec notre petit dernier assez vivant :) La piscine nettoyé tous les soirs et très jolie. Le personnel d’accueil est souriant dispo et pro. Zohra est très gentille et arrive à faire en sorte qu’il ne manque rien partout, renouvelle les petits avant que le panier du petit dej soit vide. Elle est souriante et accueillante. Nous n’avons pas osé la déranger pendant son poste du petit matin car on l’a vu très occupé et bein elle a remarqué qu’on partait et venu jusqu’au parking pour nous dire au revoir. Le petit dej est très bien. Les boissons chaudes de bonnes qualité Et ils ont un super petit resto italien à 1 minute à pied. Le patron avait l’air d’être un monsieur qui avait toujours avec lui la mascotte de l’hôtel Napoléon. Il était très sympa aussi, d’ailleurs tellement nature, que c’est qu’après que je compris qu’en réalité je tapais la causette avec le boss, la simplicité de communication comme on l’aime. Travail sérieux sans chichi. Bravo.
