Enjoy staying in a one of a kind historically registered southern estate. The 2.09 acre property is adorned with 200 year old oak trees, private pool, hot tub (hot tub is subject to close due to weather and season), gated entrance. Located in downtown historical Conway within walking distance of the river walk, shopping, and dining, and a short drive to Myrtle beach. This property is 8000 heated square feet and can sleep 16 people but can accommodate more if needed.
The space
The house and estate are listed on the historical registry also known as the HW Ambrose house. This home boats 8000 heated square feet 6 bedroom 4.5 baths, 8 wood burning fireplaces, a great room, living room, solarium, den, office, dining room and chefs kitchen with butlers pantry. This home is a true southern piece of history, the 2 acre 100 year olds southern estate square is located 15-25 minutes from Myrtle Beach in the historical district of Conway, SC. 200 year old oak trees, a pool and hot tub. Close to the river walk, shopping district, restaurants and city park. If your visiting Myrtle Beach but want somewhere relaxing with true southern charm this property is for you. The historical city of Conway and the HW Ambrose house has the feeling of Charleston within minutes of all the fun Myrtle Beach offers.
Guest access
Guest will access the rear of the property through a private gate. Parking is provided free of cost. The home is located next to downtown Conway a short walk away is a city park that has tennis courts, basketball courts and playground. Downtown Conway is also within walking distance which offers the river walk, shopping and upscale dining option. Myrtle Beach is a 15 minute drive inland.
Other things to note
Each room has a small fridge and coffee maker. There is a microwave available in the kitchen to use if needed. When renting the entire house we do not provide continental breakfast in the morning but you have access to the full kitchen. Must be 25 years old to book this listing if you are not 25 do not book because the reservation will be canceled.
