I’ve driven across the country from California to New York, stayed in countless hotels and motels, and have never once written a bad review — until now. This was by far the worst and most disgusting hotel stay of my life. The “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarettes, and there was an actual cigarette burn on the bedding. The sheets were filthy, and there was visible mold in the room. The A/C didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. When I brought these issues to management, they refused to move me to another room and only promised a partial refund that I never received. The complete lack of accountability and customer service was shocking. Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. This place should not be operating in its current condition.

The staff (especially Scott at check-in) were super friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and smelled fresh, and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The shower was amazing with great pressure and a nice adjustable shower head. Definitely will stay at this location again.

this property appears to be going through a transition. while the room was clean, it appeared to be an attempt at a suite but was not finished. noise from the hall and other rooms was very audible. the hallways and outside area were pretty shabby. the heater smelled bad. on the positive, the breakfast area was great. whoever ran this showed a lot of pride and care. thank you.

It was infested with bed bugs. My son got bitten badly and I took 4 bed bugs down to manager to show them and would not refund! I also informed one choice and they gave me 25$ forwards another stay! The manager told me it was not that bad!

Proprietor was not at the desk and had left a sign saying he would be right back but he was gone for 10-15 minutes when we arrived. He was very friendly otherwise. Pool was clean but water was cold.

The staff were all very friendly, hotel was clean, bed was really comfortable, and it was half the cost of other nearby hotels. My only real negative issue is I arrived at night and it’s a bit difficult to navigate up to the hotel in the dark.

The staff are very nice. The roons are ok but the beds are awful. The bathrooms are the shining star. Nice big showers with great doors on them. We went to the pool that was supposed to be heated and wasn't. The first room we were in the doir wouldn't lock so they moved us and the bed was awful with this kind of lip all the way around the bed that made it hard to get out of. The breakfast was ok but the fruit was old and the biscuits and gravy my husband said was not good. Again the staff was great and very nice.
