The girl that checked us in was very friendly and polite. The room however wasn’t so great. When I booked it , it said it had a coffee/ tea maker in the room which it did not. When I inquired about it I was told it was because it was booked through a third party site and none of the rooms come with them. I turned on the heat when we got there cause it was cold. After running for awhile the room had a foul odor almost like a strong garlic smell . It was horrible. Several hours later I turned the heat down and it seemed better. Would not recommend.

Rooms are clean but TV didn't work and we had to change rooms to 2 double beds instead of the king that we reserved. Some wear to bathroom area. People sat outside their rooms talking while we were trying to sleep.

The receptionist was pleasant. A little skeptical with a glass window to check in. The parking in the back was trashed. The door to get into room was dirty. The couch furniture was very dusty. No Kleenex in the empty box. Toilet paper was from precious renter, not changed. Floor back splash coming off wall. Walls thin. Can hear everyone talking. To bad Wyndham is associated with them.

Never in my life have I ever seen such a thing
Absolutely terrible. The first room was so dirty, and I mean filthy. Stuff running down the walls, stains on the chair, the bathroom floor was covered in dirt. Side of the bed had food on it, gold fish on the ground from people before. The toilet wouldn’t stop running, and the phones didn’t work. The second room had bugs EVERYWHERE. My girlfriend woke up to a cockroach on her face!!! There was no where else to stay in the area, our two infants and us slept in the car.

Horrible
Didn’t have toilet paper. A fire alarm kept going off all night. Beds was horrible. Couldn’t sleep well. When check in they kept telling me I have to paid after I paid on hotels.com and I had to wait two more hours until a manager of the place came to see what’s going on so I didn’t check in until after five when I got there at 3pm. Very horrible and we never go back wish I had got my money back.

Hotel room was filthy and had to be moved to a slightly cleaner room. It was bearable but I will never stay there again. We were charged a $60 per fee even though our dog is a legal service animal. We were never asked for documentation even though she had the appropriate leash. We were charged without notification.

I reserved an accessible room. When I arrived, there wasn't one available. No TV reception in the room. Spectrum "offline" is what it said. Toilet did a half flush every 5 minutes (I timed it). No cups in the room, had to ask for some at front desk. No plastic bag for the ice bucket and no top for it. Sink was stained and had surface cracks. Floor looked like it hadn't been mopped lately. Thankfully the bed and sheets looked okay. I won't be staying at that hotel again.
