The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area. The room is small but public area, eg, Kitchen, dinning, living rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

This is a beautiful old home, lovingly restored, well organised, quiet, comfortable and clean. Gwyny is a wonderful host, very generous and understanding, and nothing is too much trouble. Langley Cottage is hands down our favourite place to stay in Coonabarabran, it's a real treat to stay there, and we're looking forward to going back.

Quiet and comfortable.
Lovely little BnB on a quiet street. Our room (number 2, deluxe) faced the street and shared a common wall with the bathroom (for total of 4 rooms to share) but there was no disturbance. Good sized room. Very comfortable and clean beds. Reasonable provisions for breakfast.
